Coach Jenny is a life coach focused on helping people achieve wellbeing and fulfillment in life. She is a BPO industry veteran and a Gallup Certified Global Strengths Coach and Course Leader (GCGSC); an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Practitioner (ACT); and a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Certified Coach (NLP).

With a degree in Psychology and decades of hands-on experience leading teams for some of the world’s most renowned organizations in Finance, IT, BPO and CX space, she has raised employees’ engagement at work and has motivated them to achieve success both in and out of the workplace through her own brand of strengths-based leadership and empathic candor.
