Stephanie Zubiri is a writer, storyteller, and founder of Soulful Feasts, a platform devoted to empowerment
through story work, embodiment, and holistic well-being. Based in Manila and working across Asia and beyond, her work explores personal myth, memory, and evolution, inviting people to examine the narratives that shape their lives and step into more authentic ways of being.
She is the author of Feast With Me, which received the Philippine National Book Award for Best Food Book
and was a finalist at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. She is also the author of Chalky the Chameleon, a children’s book celebrating neurodiversity inspired by her journey as a mother. Her writing has appeared in Travel + Leisure Southeast Asia, BBC Travel, National Geographic, Departures, and The Philippine Star, where her long-running Feast with Me and Soulful Feasts columns reflect on travel, food, and identity.
A certified Jungian Depth Storyteller and Reiki practitioner, Stephanie is the creator of the Soulful Embodiment Practice, an experiential approach that blends intuitive movement, breathwork, meditation, and imaginal reflection. Drawing from archetypal psychology, personal mythology, and spiritual
traditions, she creates safe spaces that allow individuals, particularly women, to listen more deeply to their inner voice and embody their innate power.
Through retreats, workshops, and speaking engagements, Stephanie serves as an imaginal guide,
weaving inner exploration, alchemical storytelling, and tangible embodiment to help people navigate life’s thresholds with clarity, courage, and presence.
